ROOMS, FACILITIES AND RATES

We have several different rooms available for hire, dependent on your requirements. To book a room, go to make a booking.

There are 17 dedicated parking spaces for AFCC and 4 disabled parking spaces. We have a licensee who must be informed and oversee the provision of alcohol. When alcohol is to be served please note this on the booking form. You can view our full Terms and Conditions here

Party Bookings

A Party Booking is available, which covers Langley, Sudeley and the Kitchen.
There is a fixed rate of £100 with a further deposit of £100 (fully refunded after a post-party inspection).

Please note, unfortunately bouncy castles are not permitted on the premises.

LANGLEY

90 seated (theatre style) 120 standing

Cost for hiring Sudeley and Langley Room together is £18.00 per hour

For large functions both Langley and Sudeley together can seat 150 at tables. The two rooms together are also often used for childrens’ parties.

Full disabled access and toilet facilities. Tables and chairs available. There are speakers that connect to the PA system in the Langley room also.

SUDELEY

60 seated or standing

12m x 5.8m = 70 sq m

£9.00 per hour

Cost for hiring Sudeley and Langley Room together is £18.00 per hour

All 166 stacking chairs are stored in Sudeley Room. This room also houses 6 No. 6 seater lightweight aluminium folding tables. In addition, a further 12 such tables are stored in the main corridor for use in either Langley or Sudeley rooms.

These chairs and tables are for use in either room and when the chairs are moved around in six-high stacks they must be transported on the chair trollies provided to avoid damaging the woodblock flooring.

 

CLEEVE

£9.00 per hour

57 chairs and 11 lightweight aluminium six-seater tables are available.

There is disabled access and male, female, and disabled toilets. In addition, there is a kitchenette available and vertical blackout blinds provided to all windows and the external entrance doors, if needed.

MEETING ROOM

£7.00 per session (up to two hours)

KITCHEN

£7.00 per session for tea/coffee making facilities, or £25.00 per session for full catering facilities.

The kitchen can be hired for a fully catered event or for tea/coffee making facilities and washing up. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard and the hire charge includes the use of all crockery, cutlery and general catering equipment.

The hirer will be responsible for cleansing the kitchen after use and replacing all crockery and cutlery in its storage containers/drawers. No glasses are provided and hirers should make their own arrangements for supply. Tea and coffee is not provided unless by previous arrangement.

Children’s party supplies are available (24 each of multi-coloured plastic beakers, plates and bowls, and 3 serving jugs). All are dishwasher proof.
